Couples Counseling
What to Expect:

Couples will take the Gottman Relationship Checkup ($39)

Session 1: Joint assessment session (90 min)

Sessions 2 & 3: Individual assessment sessions (50min)

All other sessions: feedback on assessments, processing therapy, psychoeducation, skill building exercises, and more.
Premarital Counseling

Couples take the Prepare & Enrich assessment ($35)

Complete intake paperwork

Commitment: varies, minimum 8 (50 min) sessions

Individual Psychotherapy
